*A thought*:
The prayers of God's servants in the Old Testament, Solomon's included, contain a common characteristic -spiritual boldness. This boldness stemmed from their knowledge that God was under an obligation to fulfil his promises (see 1 Kings 8:25). Follow this exhortation principle, and it could add a whole new dimension to your prayer life.
